We are organizing a Spring Workshop, to be held at UCSB, aimed at increasing awareness of photonics fields and industries, and promoting jobs in industry. The event will include a career fair, in which attendees will have one-on-one time with representatives of local companies. There will be two Tracks for the lectures: Technical and Non-Technical. The Technical Track will feature lectures on cutting-edge research in the area from varying fields that use and manipulate light. The Non-Technical Track will focus on careers in the industry and professional development.
